GuideRad is a website designed to bring centralized guidelines for the management of  incidental findings in radiology, simplifying recommendations to be practical and helpful for everyday use. This site addresses the rising challenge of incidental discoveries as imaging volumes increase, making evidence-based guidance more accessible to radiologists in the field.

 

GuideRad is developed by Dr. Stephanie Tan, a radiologist and assistant professor at Université de Montréal, specializing in cardiothoracic imaging at the Montreal Heart Institute. The project received financial support from the Foundation of the Quebec Association of Radiologists (FARQ) in 2025.

GuideRad aims to grow and evolve alongside the radiology community. Feedback, questions, and suggestions from users are welcome and encouraged to help guide ongoing improvements.
